In March of 2020 the United States came to a screeching halt as we began dealing with a new virus called COVID-19. Our nursing homes were among the hardest hit. For the first time in history the ombudsman programs were not allowed to visit the nursing homes. The Ombudsman never stopped working, protecting our residents rights.We just adapted, found creative and necessary ways to reach our residents, continuing our advocacy work. 

Nalltco began working to get information out to our membership through webinars, bi-weekly membership calls, and our list-serve.
